SMS / Text Messaging Policy

This SMS / text messaging policy describes the Phoenix Game Room messaging program for carrier 10DLC and TCPA-style disclosures. Program name: Phoenix Game Room.

Who texts you

Messages are sent by Phoenix Game Room from [TODO: 10DLC / toll-free number that sends texts]. For help with the program, email support@phoenixgameroom.com or reply HELP to the number that texted you.

Message types

• Account alerts (sign-in or security notices, when enabled)
• Credit and purchase confirmations after a load or checkout
• Appointment or visit reminders for the game room
• Promotional offers only if you separately opted in to marketing — never as a condition of creating an account or buying credits

Frequency and rates

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier’s plan controls those charges. We do not charge extra for the text itself beyond what your carrier bills.

How to opt in

You opt in on the web registration form (or later in My account) by checking the optional SMS box. The box is off by default. Checking it is your signature that you agree to receive texts at the phone number you provide. We record the time, the form, and what you agreed to.

How to opt out

• Reply STOP to cancel. You may receive a one-time confirmation. After that we will not send program texts to that number unless you opt in again.
• Reply HELP for help.
• You can also email support@phoenixgameroom.com or turn SMS off in My account when signed in.

Consent is not required to buy

You can create a player card and buy play credits without agreeing to SMS or marketing. Checkout and Player Portal service do not depend on text opt-in.

No sale of mobile information

We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing. We may share with vendors who only send messages for us (text providers), or when the law requires it. See the Privacy Policy for other service providers (hosting, WooCommerce, email).

Eligibility

Provide a mobile number you own. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must manage messaging opt-in.

Privacy

Text program data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
