Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Phoenix Game Room Player Portal, the player website and Admin tools operated by Phoenix Game Room (“Phoenix,” “we,” “us”). By creating a player account or using the site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Who this is for
The public site is for players who want a player card, play credits, and online checkout. Staff Admin tools are for authorized Phoenix employees and contractors only. You may not use another person’s account or the Admin area without permission.
Eligibility
You must be 21 years of age or older to create a player account or buy credits. We check date of birth on entry and registration. The Player Portal is not available in Nevada, Washington, Connecticut, Montana, Louisiana, or Oklahoma (by IP location or the address you give us). We do not process payments from those states.
Player accounts and cards
When you register we create a player card (a unique card / player ID) tied to your name, email, optional phone, and password. Keep your password confidential. Tell staff at the counter promptly if you think someone else used your account.
Play credits
- Credits are for play at Phoenix Game Room. They are not a bank deposit, stored-value card, or investment.
- Online purchases go through our WooCommerce / WordPress checkout (card processing is handled by that store, not this site).
- After a successful payment, credits are added to your player balance. Desk staff may also load, adjust, or record payouts at the counter according to house rules.
- Payouts, if offered, are processed at the counter and may require ID. We may refuse a payout that would take a balance below zero.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse the site, attempt to access Admin tools, interfere with checkout or webhooks, scrape accounts, or use the service for fraud. We may freeze or close an account that we reasonably believe is involved in abuse, chargebacks, or underage use.
Messaging
If you opt in, we may send account and (separately) promotional texts as described in the SMS Policy. Consent to marketing is optional and is not a condition of buying credits or creating an account.
Disclaimer
The site is provided “as is.” Gameplay, machine availability, hours, and promotions can change. We are not liable for lost play time, indirect damages, or issues caused by your device, network, or the third-party checkout provider, except where the law does not allow that limit.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The effective date above will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms for later visits.
